Latest MMM News: Appeal to Journalists from Sergey Mavrodi

Dear journalists, “analysts” and all kinds of “experts”!
Please stop using MMM to gain cheap popularity. Leave us alone and let us work without interference. I’m just astonished by your irresponsibility and cynical attitude. Interests of millions of people, your fellow citizens are at stake. Don’t you have any sympathy for them? Why are you fueling hysteria around MMM and provoking a panic? Why are you doing this so diligently and persistently, what is your purpose?
In fact, absolutely all your provocative and worthless articles and “analyses” (I said “worthless” because you do not have any real information about what happens in the System, and might have never had; you simply invent everything, fabricate it) are merely negative: “MMM has collapsed!!!.. MMM will not be working in January!!!..” etc. Are you intentionally presenting all of it in such a manner and whipping up tension by any means possible in order to increase the ratings of your publications and attract attention to them? Don’t you care about people at all?
So, nothing has collapsed, and MMM will safely resume its work in January, as announced. Suspension of work for holidays is a usual thing, merely working moment, no more than that. It would have remained a normal, just a part of the usual routine, and might have gone almost unnoticed if it were not for your totally cynical and irresponsible attempts to advertise yourself, create a scandal out of nowhere, and make the most of this news topic in any possible way.
Again, leave MMM alone and let us work. Nothing has collapsed, and MMM will perfectly resume its work in January. We Can Change the World!

Blues boss Antonio Conte is interested in the 23-year-old, who only joined Genoa from Inter Milan on a permanent deal in the summer.
But he faces competition from the Gunners with Tuttomercatoweb claiming Laxalt has caught the attention of their scouts.
Uruguay international Laxalt spent last season on loan at Genoa and provided three goals and four assists in 35 appearances to help the club to 11th in Serie A.
The 23-year-old has one goal and two assists in the current campaign.
He is under contract until 2018 and his agent Vincenzo D’Ippolito admitted a number of vultures are circling.

Loris Karius v Simon Mignolet: How Liverpool's Jurgen Klopp can solve goalkeeper dilemma

JURGEN KLOPP should make it clear who his preferred goalkeeper is to avoid conflict at Liverpool, according to Danny Mills.
Loris Karius paid the price for recent blunders as he was replaced by Simon Mignolet in the starting line-up for last night's 3-0 victory over Middlesbrough.
Klopp insisted that there's no time frame for Karius' return but Mills thinks the German should tell his players who's his preferred No.1 choice because players crave consistency.
Mills said: "I think it's difficult when your goalkeeper comes under an awful lot of scrutiny and a lot of pressure.
"We've seen it in the past with Joe Hart, who was left out for a few games and then came back very well at Manchester City.
"There's been an awful lot of speculation and talk about Loris Karius, and Jurgen Klopp may have decided that the pressure is a little bit too much.
Simon Mignolet and Liverpool manager Jurgen KloppSimon Mignolet was selected to replace Loris Karius last night
"It's tough for a goalkeeper, one mistake and they've cost you a goal.
"We've always known that Simon Mignolet's a fantastic shot-stopper but I would question his presence in the 18-yard box and ability to deal with crosses under pressure - that's where he's struggled in the past.
"I don't think there a lot between the two keepers. That's the big problem at .

"There's not a clear No.1 or No.2."
"Players like consistency. If you're going to be No.2 it's not a problem because you know you need to fight for the No.1 role.
"As long as Klopp makes who he prefers clear to the players, then there should't be too much of a problem."

Striker: Why the time is right for Liverpool star to quit Anfield

DANIEL STURRIDGE'S time at Liverpool is up, according to former Rangers striker Kris Boyd.
The England international is currently sidelined with a calf problem and Jurgen Klopp has been unable to put a timescale on when the 27-year-old will be ready to come back.
His absence has given Divock Origi the opportunity to make a name for himself at Anfield, and he's grabbed it with booth hands after scoring five goals in as many games.
The emergence of Origi has left Kilmarnock forward Boyd with no doubt that Sturridge's Merseyside spell is over.
He told Sky Sports News: "I don't think there's any question about how good Daniel Sturridge is as a player.
"But I think his time is up at Liverpool and he'll have to move on to find regular football.
Liverpool star Daniel SturridgeKris Boyd thinks Daniel Sturridge should leave Liverpool
"There's no doubt he's a talented footballer, but when somebody is coming in and scoring goals like Origi has, every time he has come in he has not let Liverpool down, it's difficult.
"Does Klopp really fancy Sturridge? Even when he's fit, he's not played a lot of football."
Danny Mills, who also featured on the programme, added: "Jurgen Klopp has questioned his attitude at times.
Liverpool star Daniel SturridgeDaniel Sturridge has netted 57 goals for Liverpool
Liverpool star Daniel SturridgeDaniel Sturridge has made nine Premier League appearances this season
"He's questioned his hunger and desire to really want to play at times, is he really injured?
"You don't get moved on from , then get moved on from  and then maybe get moved on from  unless there's something not quite right."

Martin Keown warns Antonio Conte this transfer deal will damage his Chelsea squad

MARTIN KEOWN believes Chelsea should not sell Oscar.
Chelsea Transfer News: Martin Keown warns Blues not to sell OscarMartin Keown has warned Chelsea against selling Oscar
Stamford Bridge chiefs have reportedly accepted a £60m bid from the Chinese Super League club for the Brazil international.
Oscar, 25, has revealed his move is 90 per cent complete.
But Keown believes Antonio Conte will be left with a weaker squad if he leaves mid-season.
"I think his departure would weaken Chelsea's cause — and you question the ambition of the player," the  legend told the Daily Mail.
Chelsea Transfer News: Martin Keown warns Blues not to sell OscarOscar is close to joining Shanghai SIPG
"Even though he is not playing at the moment, the 25-year-old would be moving away from the best league in Europe.
"Oscar is surely well paid enough as it as at Chelsea but, with a transfer fee of £52m, the club will no doubt happily take the pot of gold.
Chelsea Transfer News: Martin Keown warns Blues not to sell OscarMartin Keown reckons Antonio Conte will be left with a weaker squad
"Odion Ighalo was in a similar situation last year.
"He has not been starting recently for Watford but if he re-establishes himself in the team and starts scoring again then I'm sure he would be happier than if he had taken the money and gone to China."

Man City wonderkid Gabriel Jesus hacked down in two-footed tackle by pitch invader

SHOCKING video shows the moment that Man City’s Brazilian wonderkid Gabriel Jesus was hacked down by a rogue pitch invader.
The 19-year-old was taking part in a charity match in his native Brazil when a spectator from the crowd broke through security and launched a wild two-footed hack at him.
It was a challenge that could have ended horribly for the £27m prospect but luckily for City coach Pep Guardiola, Jesus bounced back to his feet seconds later.
Stadium security finally caught up with the cheeky troublemaker, who was tripped up by another player as he tried to flee the scene of the crime.

“Probably a Man United fan because they fear that another youngster is better than Martial and Rashford,” joked one viewer.
Another comment read: “I would have kicked that little a****** in the nuts. Full power.”
Jesus signed with City over the summer from Brazilian side Palmeiras but stayed with his former club to finish the domestic season.
It was a decision that paid off as his 12 goals in 26 appearances helped secure the team’s first league title in 22 years.

Britain’s worst ever female paedophile may be let out of prison from today

EVIL nursery teacher Vanessa George – dubbed Britain’s worst ever female paedophile – is eligible for parole today.
Convicted paedophile Vanessa George may be allowed out of prisonHORROR: Convicted paedophile Vanessa George may be allowed out of prison
George, 45, abused a string of babies and toddlers in her care and has completed her minimum term of seven years in prison.
Horrified parents of some of those she abused say they are now living in fear of her potential freedom.
Mother-of-two George described herself as a "paedo whore mum" and the scale and depravity of her crimes shocked the nation.
She worked at Little Teds nursery in Plymouth, Devon, until her arrest on June 9, 2009, on suspicion of sexually assaulting a number of pre-school children in her care.
Vanessa George in jail for sex assaults on kidsCONVICTED: Vanessa George has spent seven years in jail for sex assaults on kids
A court heard she also took indecent photographs of them to send to her online lover, Colin Blanchard in Greater Manchester.
In all she admitted to a total of seven sexual assaults of young children and six counts of distributing and making indecent pictures of children.
During her sentencing Judge Justice Royce said the case had caused "widespread revulsion and incredulity" and had "rocked the city of Plymouth”.
He said it was "effectively a life sentence," but said if George was no longer considered a threat after seven years she "could be released”.
A parent of one of her victims said they were horrified that her release was even a possibility.
They said: "It is horrifying to think she could be free after what she did.
"She is so clearly a danger to the public and is such an evil woman that I hope she is never released – but the mere fact we are talking about it as a possibility makes me sick to my stomach.
"We are living a life sentence for what she did to our children and in my view she should never be allowed out.
"Seven years is no punishment for what she did. I know she will never be allowed to return to Plymouth but just the thought of her walking the streets again is a chilling one."
A spokesman for the Parole Board said they would not comment on individual cases but said that once a prisoner's minimum term has been served, they have to be released if it is deemed they pose no risk to the public.
He said: "The law states that the offender is no longer held in prison as a punishment and can only be held in prison if they pose a risk to the public. It requires a court, in this case the Parole Board, to decide that issue.
"The Parole Board makes its decisions by assessing the risk the prisoner presents to the public."
He added: "It may only direct the release of a life sentence prisoner if it is satisfied that it is no longer necessary for them to be detained in order to protect the public from serious harm.
"If it is so satisfied, it is required to release the prisoner."
If George's application for parole is refused, she would not be able to apply again for a further three years, bringing her time up to 11 years.

Senate Calls for SGF’s Resignation, Prosecution over Mismanagement of IDP Funds

They’re talking rubbish, says Lawal
The Senate yesterday called for immediate resignation and prosecution of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Babachir Lawal, over allegations that he exploited his vantage position to award contracts on North-east rehabilitation project to his company, Rholavision.

The call for Lawal’s resignation was the fallout of the presentation of the report of the Senate ad-hoc Committee on Mounting Humanitarian Crisis in the North-east presented by its Chairman, Senator Shehu Sani.
Sani had reported that the Presidential Initiative on North-east (PINE), saddled with the responsibility of rebuilding and rehabilitating the region devastated by the activities of Boko Haram, took advantage of the dire situation in the region by inflating contracts.
He alleged that top government officials took advantage of the development to award contracts to companies belonging to their cronies, family members and close associates.
According to him, Lawal, until September this year was a Director of Rholavision Engineering Limited and till date remains a signatory to the account.
Senator Sani described Lawal’s failure to resign his position in the company before assuming office as the SGF as a breach of the law and should be made to resign and prosecuted.
Sani further said Rholavision got a consulting contract for the removal of “invasive plant species” (weeds) in Yobe State, adding that all contracts awarded by PINE had been either 95 per cent or 100 per cent paid for, even when some of the contracts had not been fully executed.
For instance, he said Dantex Nigeria Limited is yet to supply 125 units of the total 1,225 units of the temporary tarpaulin carbines valued at N302,000 per unit.
According to Sani, the company had been paid N108 million despite the outstanding 125 valued at N37.7 million.
Sani further reported that most of the contracts awarded by PINE had no impact on the lives of the internally displaced persons (IDPs) whom he said had been languishing in hunger, starvation, disease, squalor and other deplorable conditions.
The senator said that even though the IDPs in the North-east lived in deplorable conditions, PINE opted to award irrelevant contracts such as the removal of plant species, for which he said N223 million was paid, pointing out that there was a serious humanitarian crisis in the North-east as evident in the plight of IDPs at the camps and host communities.
He also said in all the camps visited, the Federal Ministry of Health was conspicuously absent, but a few critical government agencies such as National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) and State Emergency Management Agencies (SEMAs) were noticed without synergy from other agencies.
He added that the Nigerian Air Force medical team was found rendering medical services to the lDPs with the little equipment at their disposal, submitting that “despite the claim by some federal government agencies that a huge amount of money was spent on the IDPs in the North-east, what was on the ground as seen by the committee neither justified nor reflected the claims”.
After the submission of his report, the Senate resolved among others that the Federal Ministry of Health must be compelled to immediately deploy personnel to all the lDP camps to support the efforts of the international humanitarian crisis managers and the Nigerian Air Force medical team, and also provide the necessary medical assistance to avert a possible outbreak of communicable diseases like cholera, measles, and diarrhea, etc.
It also resolved that the federal and state governments should intensify efforts towards rebuilding destroyed infrastructure, rehabilitation and empowerment of the lDPs to enable them go back to their respective homes while the newly constituted Presidential Committee on the North-east Initiative (PCNI) should ensure there is synergy and proper coordination among all the humanitarian crisis agencies to enable the IDPs gain maximally from the entire exercise.
The Senate also ordered PINE to forward a detailed report of all the contracts approved by the Bureau of Public Procurement (BPP), in accordance with Section 43(iv) of the Public Procurement Act.
It also said the BPP should undertake a re-evaluation of all contracts awarded by PINE under the emergency arrangement to recover any proceeds from overinflated contracts.
It resolved that “contracts partially executed but fully paid for must be completed by the concerned contractors, or they be asked to refund the equivalent money of outstanding jobs to the government treasury; and any public officer culpable of contravening any aspect of the Public Procurement Act and federal government financial rules and regulations pertaining to the award of the contracts should be duly prosecuted by the relevant authorities”.
Reacting to the resolutions reached by the Senate,
Lawal dismissed the allegation, saying the upper legislative chamber “was talking rubbish”.
He said: “The Senate is talking balderdash; it has developed the habit of the ‘bring him down syndrome’.
“Nigerians have decided that we should destroy our best, we should all destroy the promising and best among us by bringing people down without a cause. This is just how I see it.
“I have the report of the Senate Committee in which it was said that I didn’t resign from Rholavision Nigeria Limited. Let me tell you, Rholavision was formed by me in December 1990, and it has been a company that has been run very successfully.
“When I was appointed Secretary to the Government of the Federation, I resigned from that company on August, 18 2015. I can see that in their report, they were talking about 2016. I don’t know where they got their facts from.
“By the way, it is very instructive that when the committee was sitting, no effort was ever made to invite me to come and make a submission. It is therefore surprising that they devoted a whole session today (yesterday) to malign me, claiming what was not true without even giving me the chance to state my side of the story before them,” he said.

This 'Amazon email' is trying to STEAL your bank account details

AMAZON shoppers are being targeted by a devious new online scam that tries to nab customers' bank account details. Here's how to avoid the new scam and keep your details safe.
WATCH OUT: Amazon customers are being targeted by an online scamWATCH OUT: Amazon customers are being targeted by an online scam
Fake emails claiming to be from online retail firm Amazon have been mailed-out in an attempt to steal consumers' bank account details.
The scam emails claim try to trick Amazon users by claiming there was a problem with a recent order from the shopping site.
Customers have to confirm "certain information" to resolve the issue – or face losing access to their Amazon account, the fraudulent email claims.
The scam email invites customers to click on a hyperlink that purports to users to the Amazon website.
However, the URL actually leads to a fake phishing site – designed to look exactly like the genuine article – that siphons off any details you input into the form in an effort to "re-verify their account".
Similar phishing scams were recently mailed out to Apple iPhone users and Netflix subscribers.
Fortunately, Amazon has advice on its website to help customers identify fake emails or phishing attempts.
"E-mails from Amazon will never ask you for personal information," it claims.
If you receive a suspicious e-mail, Amazon has a number of tips to help you quickly determine whether it's a genuine email from the online shopping company.

Suspicious e-mails often contain –

An order confirmation for an item you didn't purchase or an attachment to what looks like an order confirmation.
  • Note: Go to Your Orders to see if there's an order that matches the details in the e-mail. If it doesn't match an order, the message isn't from Amazon. Amazon never puts attachments on order confirmation e-mails.
Requests for your Amazon.co.uk username and/or password, or other personal information. Personal information includes things like: your National Insurance number, your credit card number, PIN number, or credit card security code, or your mother's maiden name.
  • Note: Amazon will never ask for personal information to be supplied by e-mail.
Requests to update payment information through a link in the e-mail. Amazon e-mails would include instructions on how to verify account information through the Amazon.co.uk website.
  • Note: Go to Your Account and click Manage Payment Options in the Payments section. If you aren't prompted to update your payment method on that screen, the message isn't from Amazon.
Amazon will never ask for you to input your details via emailAmazon will never ask for you to input your details via email
Links to websites that look like Amazon.co.uk, but aren't Amazon.
  • Note: Legitimate sites have a dot before "amazon.co.uk" such as http://"something".amazon.co.uk (usually "www"). Sites such as "payments-amazon.com" aren't Amazon sites. We'll also never send e-mails with links to an IP address (string of numbers), such as "http://123.456.789.123/amazon.co.uk/".
Attachments or prompts to install software on your computer.
Typos or grammatical errors.
Forged e-mail addresses to make it look like the e-mail is coming from Amazon.co.uk.
  • Note: If the "from" line of the e-mail contains an Internet Service Provider (ISP) other than @amazon.co.uk, then it's a fraudulent e-mail.
