Posting a picture of a box of Cadbury Creme Eggs to her fans, the surgery fanatic wrote: "Addicted !!! Wonder how many I could fit in my p***y.. Think Tesco would be outta stock LMFAO."

Doesn't look like Kayla's fans were all that impressed either.

Kayla is often posting explicit images for her fans, where she can be seen pulling down her top and exposing her incredibly large and enhanced assets.

In fact, she's had so much plastic surgery that she refers to herself as a "blow up sex doll" in some posts, or "the ultimate human dolly".
