A WORLD-FAMOUS transvestite died after developing penis cancer because he constantly taped down his genitals.

Sexy Pancake, 27, revealed earlier this month that he had his genitals amputated after discovering he had the deadly disease.

Surgery was unable to save the Thai "ladyboy" entertainer who died on Saturday night after being taken to hospital.

During his three-year career, Sexy Pancake – whose real name is Niwat Sangmor – taped down his manhood everyday pass as a more convincing woman.

The tragedy comes as a bank courier – who beat the deadly penis disease – has had America's first ever donor dong which is expected to be up and working within weeks.

It is believed that this restricted his blood flow, allowing cancerous cells to grow and spread.

Fans have posted hundreds of tributes to Pancake online describing him as "the most beautiful woman in the world."

Friend Year Pan said: "Gone too fast. We are so sad. My condolences to the family."

Sarah Monmee added: "Pancake gone now to be an angel in heaven. Born in the next life and born as pretty as her heart desires.

"Thank you for providing laughter to people all over the world."

Another wrote: "You brought so much fun and laughter to us. Thank you. May there be a place in heaven with the spirits for you."

Pancake was well known for his bikini-clad videos which were shot in the rural countryside of Thailand.

He was admitted to hospital at the beginning of April where his condition did not improve.

Pancake's parents admitted him to the Waeng Noi district hospital where he passed away peacefully.

Before being taken to hospital he lived in a small house in the Waeng Noi district with his grandmother and a cow.

In one of his videos he said: "I had the feeling of being a woman since my childhood".

His social media page has nearly 500,000 followers and his videos receive thousands of likes.
