A NURSE pops a man’s monster spot causing it to explode and shoot pus into the air in a gruesome video clip.
Viral footage of the spot popping shows the man hiding his face in his hands as his gigantic back cyst oozes with pus.
The clip begins with a woman cutting into the spot causing it to shoot white liquid at her face.
Other people in the video can be heard gasping and squirming as one woman says: “Does it smell like it did last time?”
The woman then takes two pieces of tissue and squeezes the spot.
It seems like a never ending amount of yellowy-white gunge flows out of the spot like lava.
One girl shouts: “Ew!” as the woman continues to squeeze.

At the end of the clip, the man is told: “You don’t even know Gary, wait ’til you see it.”
It seems like viewers can’t get enough of the gory stuff – the video has been viewed an incredible 11 million times on YouTube.
One person commented: “I’ve watched this 5 times and I still find pleasure from it.”
Another said: “It looks like those self-service ice cream machines."
