It was filmed at a campaign rally on Wednesday in Lake Worth, in the US state of Florida, as Clinton went to address an overflow crowd that couldn't get into the main event.
According to right-wing blog American Mirror: "Clinton was outside to greet supporters in Lake Worth when she attempted to stand on a small riser.
"She needed assistance to get onto it as she could be seen reaching her hand out for a boost or some added steadiness."
It continued: "An aide extended his hand and Clinton held on tightly as she made her way up the 18 inches.
"He could be seen standing behind her and at one point reached out to grab her waist, perhaps thinking she was about to fall."
This incident is just the latest in a string of incidents that have sparked worries about the Secretary of State's health.
At a September 11 memorial event she appeared to collapse and had to be shunted into a waiting vehicle.
Shortly afterwards, her team released a statement saying she was suffering from pneumonia.
And rumours also swirled on the internet that the Democratic nominee was suffering from mouth cancer after conspiracists noted she had what they alleged was a hole in he tongue.
