Conte’s yelling from the technical area was leaving him hoarse after the game.

So the former Juventus and Italy coach has turned to a trusted product from his homeland, the Daily Mail claim.

They say he’s started importing bags of Ambrosoli al Miele - an Italian honey-flavoured throat lozenge.

He munches down on the sweets during games and training in a bid to keep his voice.

Conte said over the summer that the stress of management meant his voice suffered early in his coaching career.

That led to him using a megaphone to communicate with his players on the training ground.

Conte's methods appear to be working at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues have closed the gap to joint-leaders Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool to just one point at the top of the Premier League after a run of four straight wins.

Conte's men haven't conceded since a 3-0 thumping at Arsenal last month.

The Chelsea manager changed the side's formation to a 3-4-3 and they've been unstoppable since.

Man United could spend £50m on Jose Gimenez

United's defence have not been up to scratch for much of the season so far and Mourinho is eager to bolster his back line over the coming transfer windows.

He did spend £30m on Villarreal's Eric Bailly in the summer but his encouraging start to life at Old Trafford has been cut short by a knee injury.

Now Mourinho is looking into how he can improve his defence and has reportedly made 21-year-old Uruguayan international Gimenez his top target.

The Mirror claim Mourinho wants his club to back him with a massive £50m offer to bring Gimenez to England.

It is said that any such a deal for the young centre-half will likely have to wait until next summer rather than in January.

The Mirror add that Arsenal have been interested in the Atletico star in the past but were scared off by his asking price.

Gimenez is under contract in Spain until 2018 and has reportedly attracted interest from all of Europe’s top clubs.

He joined Atletico from Uruguayan side Danubio in 2013 for a fee of around £800,000.

He has featured regularly for them over the past two seasons but made just two appearances so far this term after picking up an injury in late September.

MANCHESTER United boss Jose Mourinho is facing a touchline ban after being hit with a second charge of misconduct from the FA.

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho could be facing a touchline ban

Mourinho has been charged with misconduct in relation to his behaviour during United's goalless draw with Burnley at Old Trafford on Saturday.

It is alleged that in or around the tunnel area at half time he used abusive and/or insulting words towards a match official.

Mourinho has until 6pm on Friday to respond to the latest charge, which has risen after FA bosses studied the official match report of referee Mark Clattenburg.

Mourinho was sent to the stands after complaining to Clattenburg about his failure to award the home side a penalty.

The FA have studied Clattenburg's match report and decided to take further action.

Mourinho is already facing a charge in relation to his comments about referee Anthony Taylor ahead of United's recent clash at Liverpool.
It remains unclear if Mourinho has chosen to accept or deny the charge ahead of the yesterday's 6pm deadline.
But the case will be dealt with later this month, with Mourinho facing a hefty fine if found guilty of breaching FA rules regarding managers talking about officials before and after games.

The Sun claim Jose Mourinho is concerned about his lack of defensive cover amid a growing injury crisis at the back.

Eric Bailly is out until the New Year, Antonio Valencia has a hand injury and Phil Jones is a long-term absentee.

However, Borthwick-Jackson's lack of game time this season might be a concern to Mourinho.

The 19-year-old has managed only six appearances for Wolves since joining the club on a season-long loan.

He broke into United's first team last season, making 14 appearances.

But the return to fitness of Luke Shaw from a broken leg meant opportunities at Old Trafford looked increasingly limited.

He penned a new four-year Manchester United contract just days after the Special One took the reins at the club.

The versatile defender confirmed that Mourinho had given him assurances about his future before he joined Wolves.

Speaking in August, he said: "My aim is to play as many games as I can, get as much experience as I can with the hope to go back there and challenge for a spot in the team.

The German midfielder is back in the first-team fold at Old Trafford.

Jose Mourino banished the veteran star to the reserves and told him to find a new club over the summer.

But the Man United manager has now invited Schweinsteiger back to train with his first-team squad.

Starsport understands Mourinho has only included the World Cup winner to put him in the shop window for January.

And Bayern chairman Rummenigge hopes United follow through with getting the 32-year-old off the books.

“My wish for him is that they find a solution when the transfer window opens again in January,” he told German newspaper Bild.

Described as the biggest Ponzi scheme in the 1990s, it was estimated that thousands of people lost up to $10 billion dollars.  The scheme which has been banned in China has found its way to South Africa, Zimbabwe and recently Nigeria where it has attracted “investors” who put money into it and receive 30 per cent “profit” ant the end of the month.

Jacob Zuma’s utterances have been met with an outrage all over South Africa with many saying Zuma was out of line and should apologise.

Do you think it is okay for Jacob Zuma to advertise this scheme? The answer is affirmative as there's no have in giving and receiving help. Nigeria should borrow a leaf from South Africa and come up with ideas that can make MMM better instead of making negative and untruthful publicity.
