The 21-year-old reality star is usually rocking dramatic make-up and big bouncy blow dries, however on Wednesday she ditched all of that.
Courtney took to Instagram to share a completely bare-faced selfie with her 129,000 followers.
Posing in a bathroom wearing nothing more than a pink bra, the blonde bombshell stood with her hair scraped off her face in a high ponytail.
