ACTRESS Charlize Theron has been left red-faced after suffering a wardrobe malfunction on the red carpet.

OOPS: Charlize's nipple made a break for it

The blonde beauty initially stunned as she arrived at a VIP screening of new film The Huntsman & The Ice Queen dressed in a lace corset and jacket combo.

But unfortunately for the star, as she turned to enter the venue she accidentally flashed her nipple as her boob poked through her outfit.

That's what you get for going braless under a doily.

However, it wasn't all bad news for the actress, as earlier in the day she attended a press photocall malfunction free.

Joined by her co-stars Emily Blunt and Chris Hemsworth, Charlize looked angelic in a white blouse with freshly dyed hair.

The 40-year-old recently hit out at claims she "ghosted" and cut off ex boyfriend Sean Penn.

"I don't even know what that means," Charlize explained to the Wall Street Journal.
