DIVORCING: Talulah Riley filed for divorce from Elon Musk
But this is the 30-year-old's second marriage to the billionaire.
The couple began dating in 2008 after he split from his first wife Justine.
From his first marriage, the 44-year-old businessman has five sons after their eldest died of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.
Talulah, who has starred in both St Trinian's films, Inception and Thor: The Dark World, married Musk in 2010.

But two years later, it was reported they were seeking a divorce.
The on-off couple then remarried in July 2013.
They said in an interview with 60 Minutes in 2014 that they had reconciled and were living together again, along with Musk's five children.

Then, on 31 December 2014, it was reported that he had once again filed for divorce, however this action was later withdrawn.
But on Monday, Riley filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court.
The pair released a joint statement saying they have both decided to end their marriage but will remain friends.

They added that they have been living separated for six months.
South African-born Musk is estimated to be worth $13.5 billion, as of March 2016.
His vast riches make him the 75th wealthiest person in the US.
