Crazed ISIS terrorists murdered 34 people and injured 230 others in three blasts across the Belgian capital yesterday morning.
And Trump believes the death cult – which was also behind November's vile Paris attacks – is "making us look like fools".
The outspoken billionaire, who is tipped to become the next US President, added: "The terrorists are totally winning."

Last night a British man was reported missing amid fears he was on Brussels' Metro system during the attacks.
David Dixon, who lives in the Belgian capital, did not arrive at his workplace yesterday and failed to contact his partner.
The former British Airways employee is originally from Hartlepool, County Durham, according to his family.
