The former Big Brother star is expecting her second daughter, just months after suffering a heartbreaking miscarriage.
But in an honest social media post, Sallie confessed to her 103,000 followers that she is no longer with her baby's father.
Alongside a 3D scan of her little girl, the tattooed star wrote: "I love this girl so much, even though her dad doesn't want to be there. I will love her for both parents.
"My little angel. I know I haven't been attached to you just yet but I am trying and things will be amazing when you come I promise. Just me you, Nirvana and Vegas."
"I'm so proud of Nirvana. She is 6 soon and is a delight to be with everyday. She really is my best friend and going to be the best big sister ever."
Fans of the star rushed to support her, with one writing: "Single parents do an amazing job."
Others praised her for her honesty, with one commenting: "Keep strong!! I had pre and post natal depression so I know what you're going through."
Sallie had not discussed her boyfriend much on social media, other than calling her unborn daughter "Baby Williams".
The former X Factor auditionee was left devastated last September after suffering a miscarriage, and slammed the NHS for handing her the foetus in a plastic bag.
Sallie lost 40% of her blood and nearly died after contracting an infection following a miscarriage seven weeks into her pregnancy.
