Kane shot to the top of the Premier League goalscoring charts to take his tally to 21 with a brace in Tottenham's 3-0 win over Bournemouth.
Now the England striker hopes to inspire other homegrown youngsters - and convince rival clubs to give them a chance.
Kane said: "If I can be a role model or if I can maybe make another manager play a young player coming through, rather than buy a player, that’s incredible.
"I think sometimes managers like to buy players because they're more experienced from abroad or when they’ve got players under their nose that will give everything to the club they’ve been brought up with.
"It’s still quite a lot of games left so I’m not getting carried away and looking forward to the games coming up."
Kane is only the fifth Englishman to score 20 or more goals twice in a row, along with Andy Cole, Les Ferdinand, Robbie Fowler and Alan Shearer.
He said: "It’s not bad company at all. As a striker that’s what I want to do. I want to score as many goals as possible to help my team.
"It’s great to break that 20 goal mark again but the most important thing for me is that we’re winning points. We looked very solid and it was a great 3-0 victory."
