'Shut up and focus on the issue' Khloe Kardashian hits out against Brussels backlash


KHLOE Kardashian was one of many celebrities to offer their support to the victims of yesterday's Brussels terror attacks.

But Twitter trolls slammed the reality star as a "hypocrite" for not offering the same condolences to Turkey after it was hit by a suicide bomber at the weekend.
The 31-year-old shared an Instagram of a heart in the colours of the Belgian flag along with a poignant caption.
It read: "#PrayForUsAll Terrorism is one of the scariest things. It does not function like anything else in this world.
"The Dalai Lama once said, 'love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them, humanity cannot survive.'

"The world falls to its knees yet again over terrorism #PrayForBrussels #PrayForPeace #PrayForUsAll".
And some followers quickly hit back at her, as one wrote: "Hypocrite!! What about Palestine, Syria, Turkey!? Wow what a messed up world we live in."
Another said: "Show some support for Turkey where 3 times more ppl died last week due to terrorism! [sic]"

While a third added: "bitch you keep quiet about Turkey but when it's about europe you suddenly become humanist"
But the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has spoken out against those condemning her support and prayers.
She wrote: "Too many on my timeline talking about who I am or not praying for. Shut up and focus on the issue. Not about social media!

"Someone's always complaining about something. Get off my page with your ungrateful, negative, mean ass. Y'all hate on anything."
At least 34 were killed in Tuesday's bombings in Brussels, while almost 200 are injured.
On 13 March, a car bomb in Ankara killed 37 and on Sunday, a suicide bomber in Istanbul killed four.
