POOR MICHELLE: Beyonce and Kelly are searching for a new band
The Bootylicious one is reviving her Parkwood Entertainment label to sign a new girl group formed by former bandmate Kelly Rowland, below.
Rowland, 34, is searching for female talent to mould in the style of Destiny’s Child on her Chasing Destiny TV show, which launches next month.
She said: “I am looking for girls who are not afraid of work.
“One thing I love and respect about Destiny’s Child is when we were 11 and 12 we were all about the work and putting the time in and getting ourselves out there.
“We were not afraid of rehearsal and we had a great work ethic.”

FRUITY: Beyonce is gearing up to release her new album codenamed ‘Project Lemonade’
Pal Bey, 34, will get first dibs on the group, and could release their music via her revamped record label.
Beyoncé founded Parkwood Entertainment in 2008 but put it on hold while she started a family with Jay Z, 46.
Now she’s ready to give her husband’s Roc Nation label a run for its money by signing the hottest talent around.
She has already invested heavily in Sophie Beem and is looking for more.
It’s a busy year for the pop queen who is tipped to drop her sixth album – which goes by the codename Project Lemonade – in April.
