Caitlyn Jenner to undergo radical plastic surgery in quest to become more feminine

SURGERY SHOCKER: Caitlyn is lined up for a Kardashian/Jenner first

Coming from a famed plastic fantastic family, a surgeon's scalpel is never too far away.

But, according to reports, Caitlyn Jenner is heading for a radical procedure that not even Kris Jenner would try.

She's planning on having her feet shrunk: "Caitlyn hates that she can't wear certain styles of shoes because they make her look like a giant 'L' shape," a source told Radar Online.

"She first heard about aesthetic foot surgery years ago when her daughters were talking about it."

Trust the lip filler queen, Kylie Jenner, to be in on this one.

The painful procedure may involve removing portions of the bone within her toes and pinning them with a surgical wire in order to get smaller toes and an overall dainter look.

Reminiscent of Chinese foot binding – a practice which is now banned – the patient is forced to wear a stiff surgical shoe after the procedure for 2 weeks.

The former Olympian can also expect to be out of action for up to six weeks while her tootsies heal up.

The source continued: "Now that she's finally able to wear women's shoes out and about, she's desperate to make her feet smaller and more feminine.

"She's ready to step up her game."
