Naked Madonna bathes in donuts in sticky starkers throwback: ‘Popping through the ring'

MADONNA likes to remind us that she couldn’t care less what people think.

SWEET TOOTH: Got enough doughnuts there, Madge?

Between the aptly titled Unapologetic Bitch track and the Rebel Heart world tour, it’s safe to say pushing the boundaries is what the reigning queen of pop does best.

So her latest throwback, in which sugar meets sex appeal, is basically business as usual.

With her natural brunette locks, unplucked eyebrows and stripped back makeup (aside from the red pout, of course,) the music icon looks radically different from the bleached bombshell we’re used to seeing gyrating on stage.

But we’d recognise those assets anywhere.

We don’t know whether the star mistook the baked treats for sponges, or whether she was just feeling particularly indulgent, but the tub is filled with enough doughnuts to open a Krispy Kreme outlet.

With the suggestive positioning of the rings, she’s lucky her nipple didn’t make an appearance.

“Still deserve donuts,” the 57-year-old captioned the post to her 7.1m followers, who were as appreciative as you’d expect.

“This picture makes me hungry – she’s popping through the ring,” one fan drooled.

“Ultimate sugar high right here,” another added.

“Madonna and doughnuts are like my two favourite things,” a third chimed in.

However, one fan decided to lambast the star for wasting food given the bigger picture of world hunger. Tenuous to say the least…

“Send that batch of donuts to a poor village in Africa, like the village where you adopted your daughter Mercy from. I’m certain they will appreciate them more since they are starving over there,” they raged.

“You are taking food for granted and its very hypocritical. Shame on you!”

Aside from the fact that doughnuts only have a shelf life of 24 hours and so probably wouldn't last the trip, there are definitely better food wastage initiatives to get on board with.

The sickly sweet pic is a marked departure from the stress of son Rocco’s custody battle.

Rocco refused to fly home to Manhattan earlier this year, opting to stay with his dad Guy Ritchie despite a ruling by the the New York Supreme Court.

However, given that he was spotted out and about in NYC earlier this week, it seems the mum-of-four has turned things around.
