Mauricio Galdi, who calls himself the “Official Human Ken Doll”, has gone under the knife eight times in a bid to look like Barbie’s boyfriend.
But now the 28-year-old aspiring actor wants even more work done to make him look like his plastic-fantastic icon.
The cosmetic surgery addict has already had four nose jobs, chest implants and liposuction but now he wants to get four ribs removed and fix his dodgy chest implants.
Appearing on reality TV show Botched, Mauricio begged celebrity plastic surgeons Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif to help him “appear more impossible” with more procedures.
The Brazilian native explained how he once had chest implants that left him with a “deformity” after they were put in the wrong position.
He ended up having the wonky implants taken out but he asked the doctors if they could put in a new set of chest implants for him.
Dr. Dubrow and Dr. Nassif refused to remove four of Mauricio’s ribs as it would be too dangerous but they examined his pecs.

They soon realised the procedure they would have to do would leave Mauricio with scars, which would be bad for his career, so he decided not to get anything done to his chest.
But the surgically-enhanced man was still keen to get his ribs removed and revealed he had found a doctor in Brazil who would be willing to perform the surgery.
Dr. Dubrow told him: "There is only one Dr Frankenstein for a reason."
When he was growing up Mauricio was jealous of girls who played with Ken dolls.
"I saw them playing with dolls and I wanted to do the same," he said. "But I never did for fear of prejudice."
At the age of 17 he started to pursue his dream of becoming an actor but was heartbroken after being told he wasn’t “beautiful” enough to be a film star.
That’s when he took drastic action by getting a nose job followed by fillers but he claims it was the media that dubbed him human Ken.
“I never sought to be the Brazilian human Ken, it was something that came to me, television sought to give me the title,” he said.
Botched airs Tuesdays at 9pm on E! in the US.
