ANTHONY Joshua has shown off his power and speed in a unique new video – in case you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to be hit by the World Heavyweight champion.

The IBF world champion uploaded the video to Instagram to show just how brutal 12 rounds could be.

He set up a Go-Pro camera in his gym before throwing a barrage of punches in its direction.

The video shows off Joshua’s sheer power and immense speed.

The 26-year-old’s outstanding balance is also made clear as his body appears planted to the ground while he throws the punches.

Last month, the Londoner claimed the IBF belt after a second round knockout of American Charles Martin.

And he’s preparing to take on Dominic Breazeale for the first defence of his title.

It comes as fellow Brit Tyson Fury has stepped up his preparations for his fight with Wladimir Klitschko.

He revealed earlier that he’s become pescatarian to drop the pounds for the fight.

And heavyweight David Price has called Joshua out after his return to the ring.
