Fitness fanatic Simone Gately has five kids under the age of nine, but she still manages to fit in two work outs every day.
The full-time mum starts her day at 5am with a gym session, followed by a dog walk or hike and even uses her children as weights for squats and press-ups.
But surprisingly the 34-year-old says her impressive physique and fitness regime doesn’t rule her life and wants to inspire other women to juggle exercise and motherhood.

Simone said: "My stomach has stretched and deflated so many times, I still have an eight-pack and the body of my dreams.
"I want to show other women that you don't have to live in the gym and let fitness dominate your life in order to have a flat stomach and good muscle tone.
"My gym membership costs me £5 per week so it's not an expensive habit and it definitely helps me keep up with the kids."
Since having her first baby nine years ago, Simone has transformed her diet and fitness regime with help from her husband Paul, 45, who works as an obesity professor.
Thanks to a few simple changes, the blonde bombshell managed to ditch the baby fat in less than a year.
Simone explained: "During my first pregnancy with Summer I ate way too much and piled on the pounds, I was at least 3st heavier by the time I gave birth.
"But shortly after she was born I slimmed right back down to a size six as I was due to marry Paul 10 months later."
The gym bunny from Halifax, North Yorkshire, now works out with the rest of her family and encourages her children to go on long walks to stay active.

Simone said: "Now I'm really into my fitness and healthy eating, I'm full of energy and even with five kids, I still manage to have ‘me’ time, it's amazing.
"I now have fresh food and try to avoid anything processed such as pasta and bread, as not only does it make me look better but I feel better for it too.
"I have so many friends who ask: ‘How do you cope with the kids and gym?'
"But I don't think I would be able to cope without the gym.
"I will normally have been to the gym and back while everyone else is still sleeping."
Simone and Paul are also hoping to set up her a healthy living retreat later this year.

She added: "At the end of the year I'm hoping to set up a health retreat for women, both mums and non-mums, so I can share my experiences and help others make positive changes.
"I really understand normal mums as I'm one myself, I have five kids to scare for every day but they never suffer because I'm in good shape, why would they?
"My whole family benefits from me being fit and healthy, I've never felt so good about myself.
"I've recently set up an Instagram page so I can post photos of me in the gym and to show what type of work outs I focus on."
