WATCH: Lingerie model Iskra Lawrence reveals how to tone-up without dieting

THE body-positive beauty opened up about how she maintains her toned stomach and curvaceous butt.

Iskra Lawrence is a lingerie model who is proud to flaunt her real curves and doesn’t let any of her scantily-clad shots get airbrushed.
She’s had to deal with , but now the 25-year-old is the picture of body confidence.
So what kind of work goes into maintaining her enviable hourglass figure?
Speaking exclusively to Daily Star Online, Iskra revealed that she has shunned diets for the past seven years and has a relaxed attitude to indulging in greasy snacks.
She said: “As soon as I started realising that I couldn’t be anyone else and that I should be me, I started eating better, not doing crazy crash diets, not working out to the extent where I pass out.
“Just doing things in healthy moderation made me happier and healthier than ever."

Iskra continued: “I haven’t dieted for years, maybe seven years now. It’s amazing, the pressure is off.
"I can go out for dinner with my girlfriends, I can eat a pizza but I’m also listening to my body.
“I know I don’t want to eat pizza every night and doughnuts every day because I want to feel light and fit and healthy for life, so it’s about that moderation.
"But I don’t feel any guilt now which feels good.”
Since becoming the poster girl for the body positive movement, the size 14 stunner has been travelling the world spreading her empowering message.
But that means it can be difficult to squeeze in time to exercise, so Iskra has to get creative but makes sure not to beat herself up at the same time.
“I work out every other day. But when I travel it is tricky so again I don’t feel guilty," she revealed.
“I do what I can – I take my skipping rope everywhere or just do a little ab workout. It’s probably on average three times a week.”
The blonde babe switches up her fitness regime by doing a mixture of weight training, yoga, Pilates and boxing.
She said: “For me it’s very much about keeping it fun and keeping it exciting.
“I use exercise as a reward so I try and remember how I feel after that workout when you can’t get that motivation.
“I just don’t want to let myself down. I want to do it for me and for my body. You’ve got one body, you’ve got to look after it.
“You only need 30 minutes sometimes to get a sweat on, feel good, get the endorphins going. But squats are my thing.”
