Real Madrid looking to sign David de Gea before loaning him back to Manchester United

REAL MADRID want to sign David de Gea this summer before loaning him back to Manchester United for next season, sensational reports in Spain claim.

STUNNING PLAN: Real Madrid have a new plot to try and sign David de Gea
The European champions have retained their interest in the Spaniard after missing out on him last summer.
But radio station Cadena COPE say that Real are lining up another move this summer, but the form of Keylor Navas this season has left them with a dilemma.
They state that Real’s coaches and officials are delighted with the Costa Rican’s performances and do not want to lose him but De Gea’s arrival would force him to leave.
Therefore, Real want to strike a deal with United for De Gea this summer before letting him remain at Old Trafford for another 12 months.
However, it seems almost certain that United’s executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward and new manager Jose Mourinho will reject such a proposal.
De Gea signed a new long-term contract with United in September and has been their stand-out player this season, winning the club’s Player of the Year award for a record third consecutive year.
Reports had suggested last month that he would look to force a move away if Louis van Gala had remained in charge but the arrival at Mourinho means the 25-year-old looks content to stay at the club.
