Amber Heard rejects money from Johnny Depp in push for permanent restraining order

AMBER Heard has dropped a request for temporary spousal support after reportedly claiming Johnny Depp was using money to distract from his alleged domestic violence.

The matter will be handled in court on Friday, along with the actress' request for a permanent restraining order, which she says is key to her physical and psychological wellbeing.
Her lawyers have already taken financial settlements off the table on grounds that Johnny's legal team are using them "to distract and divert the public away from the very serious real issue of domestic violence," according to TMZ.
Depp is reported to have earned w hopping $30 million last year and Amber argued that she had the right to apply for up to $1 million a month in spousal support.

However, she applied for a more modest $40k a month spousal, which was still rejected at the time she filed her divorce in Many.
Johnny's lawyer Laura Wasser insisted at the time: "Amber is a successful model and actress who earns her own income and is capable of supporting herself."
However, it looks like his legal team have since reassessed their options.

Last month, Amber allegedly rejected a $50k deal that included a joint restraining order on both sides.

Amber, 30, is accusing Johnny, 52, of being violent towards her and first filed for divorce after a row during which she claims the star threw an iPhone at her face.

However, Johnny has denied all claims of domestic violence and has insisted Amber is after his fortunes.
