EUROMILLIONS jackpot winner Adrian Bayford is going back to work – because he’s bored to tears holed up in his £6million mansion all day.
Adrian, who became Britain’s second biggest winner when he scooped £148m in 2012, plans to open a record and film memorabilia shop in Cambridge.
The 45-year-old has already splurged £10,000 on Lady Gaga’s shoes as well as rails of costumes and boxes of vinyl records to stock his new store.
Adrian, from Carnoustie, Angus, ran a successful music shop in Suffolk until he and ex-wife Gillian struck lucky four years ago.
But despite living in the lap of luxury, the millionaire can’t wait to get stuck into the business again.
The dad-of-two’s new shop, Black Barn Records, flogs everything from Star Wars figures to rare signed Beatles pictures.
One of the big ticket items on sale is a picture of John Lennon, signed by the music legend just weeks before he was shot dead in New York in 1980.
And enterprising Adrian says he wants to open at least a “couple more” shops and also set up his own vinyl-pressing plant in the UK.
