CELEBRITIES have come out to voice their opinions on Brexit ahead of the EU referendum on Thursday.
Ahead of biggest decision made by the British public in a generation, we take a look at what the famous are saying for and against Brexit.
Remainers
Comedian Eddie Izzard said: “The EU is like a huge rock festival: Everyone has colour-coded passes and there are no wars.”
X factor mogul Simon Cowell said: “My gut feeling is I don’t think at this time – because it is a tricky time – you would want to be on your own on a tiny island.”
Brexiters
Actress Liz Hurley: “If it means we can go back to using decent lightbulbs and hairdryers, I’m joining Brexit.”
Film icon Sir Michael Caine said he does not like being “dictated to by thousands of faceless civil servants”.
Remainers
The Grand Tour pair released a video supporting Remain. Jezza said of co-star James May: “I want to remain in Europe but that means agreeing with him.”
May added: “We have to agree on something apart from that the Ford Mondeo is good.”
