ROMA have turned down a £28m offer from Manchester United for Kostas Manolas, according to Italian transfer guru Emanuele Giuanelli.

BID: United reportedly offered £28m for Manolas
Corierre dello Sport report United and Chelsea are both keen on the Greek defender.
Arsenal are also said to have looked at the player.
Both Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte are getting to grips with new clubs and are set for a busy summer in the transfer market.
Conte is understood to be after a new centre-back with captain John Terry set for a backseat role next season.
Mourinho has already drafted in £30m defender Eric Bailly but according to Giuanelli, they want Manolas too.
He wrote on Twitter: "Roma have refused a £28mln offer for Manolas from Manchester United."
Reports earlier this week claimed the defender will stay put in Rome.
Corriere say the Greek is set to sign a new contract with the Italian side.
Roma can offer Manolas Champions League football next season - something neither United or Chelsea can.
The 25-year-old only moved to Serie A in August from Olympiakos.
