NEW WORK: Katie Price has admitted to having belly fat injected into her face

The Loose Women panelist's face looked remarkably different ahead of her appearance on the ITV show this week.

And it turns out, she's had work done… again.

The Celebrity Big Brother winner shared the news during her Loose Women appearance on Thursday.

LOOSE WOMEN: Katie's comments shocked her fellow panelists

While talking about her daughter Princess' recent accident, Katie admitted she'd been looking worse for wear at the time.

She explained: "Because I had filler from my belly fat up put here… I had a black eye."

Katie's shock admission surprised her fans and fellow panelists, and Janet Street-Porter replied: "I can't keep up."

Linda Robson then joked: "I don't know which part of you I'm talking to."

The conversation came about as Ruth Langsford asked Katie about her recent breast implant surgery.

Katie, 38, said: "They're finally done. I'm in love with them, the best boobs ever. I've had them in and out over 11 years now."

The blonde beauty confirmed she's once again had new implants put in, after removing the previous ones in early 2015.

Katie said: "I have implants in now."

Janet then joked again: "You've had more boob jobs than I've had cars."

Just last month, Katie proudly boasted of having three different treatments done in the same day.

The mum-of-five had Botox, liposuction and lip fillers, and shared plenty of snaps across her social media, documenting her day.

She wrote on Instagram: "Woo finally I'm healed happy have amazing boobs at last thank you to Dr Plover at Be Clinic Brussels your the best [sic]."
