MANCHESTER UNITED have had a £19m bid for Henrikh Mkhitaryan rejected by Borussia Dortmund.

The Mirror claim United launched the offer for the Armenian player - but the German club have turned them down.
Mkhitaryan has just a year left on his contract at Dortmund.
Earlier today Starsport reported the player’s agent Mino Raiola telling German paper Bild: “Man United is a unique opportunity.
“Micki wants to go there."
Raiola claims Dortmund have no intention of letting Mkhitaryan go.
They’re said to be willing to keep hold of him next season despite the prospect of not getting any cash if he walks away in 12 months time.
Ilkay Gundogan has already joined Manchester City and centre-back Mats Hummels is off to Bayern Munich.
And Dortmund are said to not be willing to sanction any more departures this summer.
Raiola said: “Micki has for months maintained that he may leave the club this summer.
“Dortmund presented an official offer which was rejected, but now the BVB bosses fear their own fans.
“Suddenly, they tell Micki, that he should go next season on a free transfer. This is very bad management.”
