Need proof? Look no further than her latest pose sesh on Malibu beach, which took an unexpected turn for the naughty.

The blonde was doing a fine job modelling a bomber jacket with her name emblazoned on the back and a pair of tiny silk shorts.

But clearly she felt like proceedings needed an injection of sex appeal, as halfway through the shoot she decided to unbutton her jacket and flash her bare boobs to both the photographer and passers-by.

The former X-Factor judge immediately burst into a fit of giggles after the misdemeanour, before charging into the sea for a splash around.

Probably needed to cool off after cranking up the heat like that.

She later changed into a long-sleeved back jumper – hardly your typical beach attire, but let's face it, Rita looks gorgeous in whatever she wears.

The babe certainly has a lot to grin about, as she recently settled a whopping £1.6 million lawsuit with record label Roc Nation.
