AC Milan could cut Mario Balotelli’s loan move from Liverpool short and the player’s entourage are already pushing for a switch to either West Brom or Westham, according to reports from CalcioMercatoWeb
The controversial Italian only joined the Reds from the Serie A giants in 2014, but a disastrous debut campaign at Anfield led to a swift move back to the San Siro over the summer.
However, ‘Balo’ hasn’t enjoyed the most fruitful of spells in the black and red shirt, with injury issues having limited him to six showings, in which he’s netted just one goal.
And now reports claim that the Rossoneri are already considering cutting his stay short, with the player’s representatives pushing for another chance in England.
It is, however, unlikely that will come at Liverpool, with moves to either West Ham or West Brom options for the 25-year-old.
Whether any potential move would be a loan or a full transfer remains to be seen, but Balotelli is sure to be keen to secure regular playing time to give himself a chance of making Italy’s EURO 2016 squad.
