PEDRO is looking for a way out of Chelsea after just five months at the club.
The Spanish international has struggled in the Premier League since joining from Barcelona in August for £21m.
He has scored just three goals in 24 games and was hauled off at half-time by interim boss Guus Hiddink after gifting West Brom a goal in the 2-2 draw at Stamford Bridge last week.
He was subbed again in Saturday’s 3-3 with Everton.
Hiddink is not keen to lose the 28-year-old now with Chelsea in such dire straits in the league.
But we understand the club are open to the idea of letting him leave at the end of the season, with the likes of Valencia or Villarreal possible destinations.
He is the latest in a long list of wide players who have struggled to adapt to life at Stamford Bridge, with the likes of Kevin de Bruyne, Andre Schurrle, Juan Cuadrado and Mohamed Salah all failing for various reasons.
Meanwhile, the Blues are involved in lengthy negotiations with Corinthians for striker Pato.
But contrary to reports, the 26-year-old striker has NOT agreed terms.
Corinthians are understood to want £12m for Pato - what they paid Milan for him three years ago - but they could be prepared to drop that to to around £10m.
Once rated one of the top striker prospects in the world, Corinthians allowed the 26-year-old to join Sao Paulo on loan two years ago, as part of the deal that saw them sign attacking midfielder Jadson.
He has rebuilt his career with Sao Paulo, scoring 38 goals in 95 appearances.
Hiddink has identified attack as an area which needs strengthening, and Pato would be back-up for Diego Costa.
