Klopp remains open to making January signings

urgen Klopp remains open to strengthening his Liverpool side in the January transfer window.
The Reds have made just two purchases so far this month, signing Marko Grujic from Red Star Belgrade and loaning defender Steven Caulker from Southampton.
Klopp has been linked with a move for Shakhtar Donetsk forward Alex Teixeira throughout the month, but the Ukrainian club have revealed that Liverpool’s opening bid was £25million below their valuation.
Speaking to the media before the FA Cup fourth-round clash with West Ham on Saturday, Klopp discussed the possibility of making any late moves, with just four days of the window remaining.
“We are always busy and checking possibilities. If something happens we will see. There’s nothing to say,” Klopp said.
“You have to wait, like I have to wait. I have no problem with this. I’m fine with the squad, it was never a problem – it’s all about injuries and the number of games. It doesn’t fit too good. That’s the reason we thought about a few things but only if it makes sense to us.”
