Celebrities from the worlds of soaps and reality TV have gathered at Golders Green Crematorium in London to say goodbye to the showbiz legend.
His close friend Dean Gaffney was one of the first to arrive, looking sombre in a black suit and tie.
David and Dean became unlikely best friends after meeting in the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! jungle.

His CBB housemate Christopher Maloney also arrived at the crematorium early, while Denise Welch was spotted at the funeral wearing a bright red poncho.
The stars were spotted walking into the crematorium with Darren Day, while Gemma Collins followed suit.
Kerry Katona, who was devastated after learning of David's passing, was seen wearing a black coat and sunglasses, with her blonde hair in an updo.

Other stars seen arriving included pregnant Kristina Rihanoff and Corrie's Ryan Thomas.
David's body arrived in a hearse decorated with a floral arrangement reading: "Unforgettable, that's what you are."
Many celebrities have been cremated at the historic Golders Green Crematorium, including Amy Winehouse, Keith Moon, Marc Bolan and Peter O'Toole.
