PRINCE'S sister has said the musician had no will and she has filed paperwork to be appointed executioner.
Prince's sister Tyka has filed legal documents and she says the star left no will.
If the star did die without leaving a will, the estate will be divided equally among his siblings under Minnesota law.
And it couid start a battle for his massive fortune – believed to be worth around £200 million.
Potential beneficiaries are half brothers and sisters – John, Norrine, Sharon, Alfred, Omarr and Tyka.
It was originally thought that his one biological full sibling, former crack addict Tyka Nelson, would stand to profit most.
But his three half-brothers and two half-sisters are also set for a slice of the pie.
Estate attorney Jeffrey P. Scott said: "We do not have any wills filed at this point in time.
"There are statutes that will say exactly who is taking his property and in what percentages and the first people are spouses and children."
His only child died a week after birth and he has been divorced twice – leaving his brothers and sisters next in line.
