SWANSEA have made an official approach to re-sign Joe Allen, according to reports.

The midfielder's future at Liverpool is uncertain with just 12 months remaining on his current contract.
His agent revealed last month that he had been given no indication whether the Reds intend to keep or sell the Welshman.
Swansea are keen on a reunion with the 26-year-old andGoal report they have now approached Liverpool about a summer transfer.
However, it is claimed the Swans have not revealed how much they are willing to pay.
Liverpool signed Allen for £15m in 2012 and it is understood they want at least £10m should they allow him to move on during the transfer window.
Last week, Swansea chairman Huw Jenkins confirmed the club would look to re-sign the Wales internationalshould he be made available.
"I think it has been well-documented that Joe is going to look at his future when he is finished out at Euro 2016," Jenkins told the South Wales Evening Post.
"Naturally, we are interested in good players like Joe who may be available this summer given that he has a year left on his contract.
"Obviously we will keep tabs on his situation and see what happens later in the summer."
