The hosts make one change from their 3-0 win over Swansea at the weekend as Georginio Wijnaldum drops to the bench and Ayoze Perez comes in.
City welcome back captain Vincent Kompany, who has missed the last six games with a calf issue, while Raheem Sterling, out of the last five with a grion problem, is on the bench.
Fabian Delph is handed a rare start while Fernando replaces Fernandinho as Manuel Pellegrini makes three changes from their 3-0 win over Chelsea on Saturday.
