SHOCK VID: Man taking selfie shot in face LIVE on Facebook – with gunman caught on camera

DRAMATIC footage shows the moment a man taking a selfie is gunned down – but catches the shooter on camera.
The 31-year-old victim was recording himself for a live video on Facebook when shots rang out and he fell to the floor.

Lying motionless on the floor, his camera kept rolling and captured the scene as the gunman stood over him and kept shooting.
After 16 shots were fired, people were heard screaming "oh my god no" and "I don't believe this" while pleading for help getting to hospital.

The stunning scenes unfolded yesterday afternoon outside a store in the West Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois, USA.
Police confirmed the man was shot multiple times, taking bullets to the face and groin before being rushed to hospital.
Miraculously, the victim survived the attack and is now in critical condition at the city's Mount Sinai Hospital.
After the shooting, the video emerged on Facebook and Twitter, where it has now been seen thousands of times.
Officer Veejay Zala of the Chicago Police Department: "[We are] working to validate the authenticity of the video."
But a law enforcement source told the Chicago Tribune the events depicted on the video are consistent with witness accounts.
A police source quoted by American news station, FOX6, said the shooting may have involved a gang member.
