THIS graphic video starts out as yet another mesmerising clip of something completely gross – before taking a turn for the worst.
The footage shows the jaw-dropping moment a huge bug is pulled from a man's ear.
It turns out the fella's ear canal had made a perfect home for hungry insect.
His massive chunk of ear wax provided all the tasty food it needed.
The patient had rushed to see a doctor after complaining about painful earache.

The medic then set about removing the earwax in what was a routine procedure.
Yet what he found inside was not what was expected.
For what seemed to be a tiny insect turned out to be a beast.
Nestled deep inside the ear canal, just on top of a large, brown lump of wax, the creepy crawly was clearly too big to have just crawled in.

It is thought it was smaller on entry and grew larger on its diet of ear gunk.
In terms of grossness, the footage is reminiscent of the work of dermatologist Dr Sandra Lee – better known as Dr Pimple Popper.
