Game of Thrones star The Mountain reveals his World's Strongest Man fitness plan

ONE of the most ripped men in the world has revealed his daily diet plan.

He’s best known for playing Ser Gregor Clegane, aka The Mountain, a gigantic killer who can crush a man’s skull with his bare hands.
But back in 2014 the 6ft 9in actor, whose real name is Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson, was also crowned the second strongest man in the world.
The 28st star is hoping to snag the top spot in this year’s World's Strongest Man competition so he's been focusing on bulking up his hench physique with an intense training regime and a lot of food.
The 27-year-old shared his insane daily eating plan with fans on social media but he pointed out this is only what he eats when he’s training for the big contest – and he said you shouldn’t try this at home.
Hafþór said: "People have been asking me a lot about my diet and what I eat.
"Here's my diet plan for my preparation for World's Strongest Man 2016.
"Yes this is a lot and I don't recommend you to try this."

Here it is:
6:50 Morning workout: Cardio and core for 30min. Bcca, glutamine and handful of almonds
7:30 8 eggs, 200g oats, blueberries, strawberries and avocado
9:30 400g beef, 400g sweet potatoes, handful of spinach and greens
11:50 Bcca, glutamine
12:00 400g chicken, 400g potatoes, greens and some fruits
14:00 In a blender: 150g oats or sweet potatoes, 2 bananas, 150g Kellogg’s Rice Krispies, frozen berries, handful of almonds, peanut butter and glutamine
14:30 Training for strongman. Bcca, glutamine, Vitargo
17:30 60g protein and 2 bananas
18:00 500g beef, potatoes, greens
20:30 500g salmon and 500g sweet potatoes
22:30 50g casein protein or 6 eggs, avocado, 30g almonds and 50g peanut butter

Drink a lot of water throughout the day and juices to get more calories.
Middle of the night: 50g casein protein or raw eggs.
Although he’s constantly chowing down, Hafþór does he still eat healthily with plenty of green vegetables and good fats like nuts.
You might be surprised to find out that the Icelandic strongman hasn’t always been so huge.
He used to be a professional basketball player weighing in at 16.5st but his sports career ended after he suffered a severe knee injury at the age of 20.
