Despite reportedly meeting the bail conditions set by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Femi Fani-Kayode will still be detained for another 30 days as he's been pictured walking with EFCC officials in Lagos.
Erstwhile Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, few days ago, decried that despite meeting the bail conditions set by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), he is still being held by the anti-graft agency.
The embattled former director of media and publicity of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential campaign organisation, was moved from Abuja to Lagos last week Friday "for further interrogation over fraud charges."

We reported it here yesterday that the nation's anti-graft agency, EFCC, obtained a 30-day detention warrant from an Ikeja Magistrate to extend the detention of Femi Fani-Kayode.
In a Tweet accompanied with photos posted by SaharaReporters on their official page, Femi Fani-Kayode was pictured walking with EFCC officials in Lagos yesterday after an appearance at the court.
Femi Fani-Kayode who served as the Director of Publicity of the Goodluck Jonathan during the 2015 presidential election, was arrested two weeks ago for receiving N840million.
The money, which Fani-Kayode admitted to receiving, was said to have emanated from the account of the Central Bank of Nigeria. The ex-minister had, however, insisted that he did not know that the money emanated from the CBN because he was assured by the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party that the money was sourced from private individuals.
