This is how long it REALLY takes to burn off your favourite fast foods

FIND out how much exercise you’ll have to do after indulging in tasty snacks from Starbucks, McDonald’s or Subway.

Fast foodFAST FOOD: Your favourite treats from popular chains are quite calorific
We all know that quick-fix foods from popular chains aren’t that healthy. But the amount of hours you’ll have to spend sweating it out in the gym to burn them off may shock you.
A new online calculator created by Home Remedy Shop uses nutritional information from Starbucks, Burger King, McDonald's, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Dunkin' Donuts, Subway and Wendy's to tell you just that.
The tool works out the calorie content of each meal and then reveals how long you’d have to spend doing various workouts such as yoga, running, walking, strength training, dancing, rollerblading, biking and using cardio equipment.
It also shows you how many vegetables you could have chowed down on for the same number of calories and you can customise the calculations by entering in your own body weight.
So if you had a Big Mac with large fries and a large Coca-Cola you’d be consuming 1,330 calories.
Big Mac calorie calculator LONG: You'd have to spend a long time exercising in exchange for a Big Mac meal
The average woman in the UK weighs 11st 2lbs (156lbs) so that would mean she’d have to do more than six hours of yoga or strength training.
She’d be able to torch the calories by dancing for nearly five hours, walking for more than four and rollerblading for more than three.
Biking, running or using cardio equipment in the gym would take the least amount of time, but all exercises would need to be stuck at for roughly two and a half hours.
