RISING social media star Emily Furey has let us in on how she hones her killer physique.
It's not hard to see why Emily has become Instagram’s latest fitness It girl boasting more than 42,600 fans.
The stunning personal trainer has been inspiring her impressive following with a constant stream of chic gym selfies, mouth-watering meals and a few cheeky indulgences.
Revealing the secrets behind her regime, Emily opened up about what kind of work goes into sculpting her toned body.
In an exclusive interview with Daily Star Online the 23-year-old confessed that she doesn’t have enough will-power to diet.
She said: “I don't stick to a massively strict diet because I haven’t got plenty of self-control.
“I always eat healthily after a workout and in the morning, however at midday I usually snack on crisps and cheese because they are my mega weakness.
"And I’ll have a takeaway on the weekend as a treat.”
But the brunette beauty has always been into fitness. From the ages of five to 12 she swam competitively with two teams in Manchester, before taking up dancing at the age of 10.
Emily explained: “I went on to do dancing at college and university. But after I graduated I decided I didn’t want to pursue dancing as a career anymore.
"So I began training at the gym, seeing results and having great feedback from so many women on my social media channels.
“I started a Level Three Personal Training Diploma and got a job at Core Collective in Kensington, so my body has been built up over time and changed as a result of different areas of fitness.
“Ultimately what has shaped me to what I look like now is definitely the classes at Core that I have been doing for over six months continuously.”
The regular gym bunny makes sure to workout at least four times a week at the boutique studio where she works.
Emily said: “I’ll do spinning once or twice, Velocity two or three times plus one resistance class.
“I always start by getting motivated in the morning and planning my daily routine by incorporating small, positive steps like using my 0% Aluminium Antiperspirant by Soft & Gentle to set me up for the day.
“I’m not too strict with it as I like listening to what my body needs on that particular day, whether it’s using different equipment and doing some circuit training or using a TRX for 45 minutes of strength-training.”
And even though she puts some serious work in at the gym Emily admitted that she’s got a few body hang-ups.
She confessed: “I would probably say my worst body part is my calves.
She added: “But my best body part is probably my triceps. They look great in photoshoots thanks to their definition and I believe they've come from so many press ups.”
