David and Goliath: Moment 5ft 8in bloke batters huge 7ft 1in opponent at MMA show

INCREDIBLE footage has emerged showing a real life David vs Goliath battle between two mismatched fighters at an MMA show.
By George Mills
The clip shows 7ft 1in, 352lb South Korean giant Hong-Man Choi taking on miniature 5ft 8in, 158-pound Chinese kickboxer Zhou Zhipeng at Silk Road Hero in China.
Footage shows man mountain Choi attempting to chase the diminutive kickboxer around the ring, aiming to land power shots.
His lack of speed and inferior movement are ruthlessly exploited by Zhipeng, who ducks and weaves, landing point-scoring counter-shots on Choi with ease.

Miraculously, given the monstrous size differential, Zhipeng emerged victorious – landing enough shots to win the contest in the eyes of the judges.
The clip has been seen by more than 40,000 people since it was uploaded to Facebook on Sunday (Nov 6).
“Reminds me of [David] Haye vs ]Nikolai] Valuev in 2009 – what a crazy fight!” said one viewer.
Another comment read: “Is this real? How did the big lad not knock his block off!

“Big lumbering oaf. Wouldn’t say that to his face still, though.”
Back in the real world of MMA, UFC fans are shaping up for the biggest fight card in the promotion’s history this weekend.
UFC 205 features three title fights, including Conor McGregor’s attempt to become the first ever reigning two-weight champion as he takes on Eddie Alvarez for the lightweight title.
