MANCHESTER CITY'S stadium has been evacuated just hours before kick-off in tonight's Champions League clash with Barcelona.

Manchester City's Etihad Stadium has been evacuated hours before kick-off against Barcelona

Journalist Henry Winter revealed he'd been asked to leave the ground.

He wrote on Twitter: "Etihad being evacuated. No reason given for "emergency"."

City host Barcelona in a huge European showdown tonight.

Pep Guardiola will be out for revenge after the Manchester side were thrashed 4-0 in the reverse fixture a fortnight ago.
