The Blues boss has begun importing throat sweets from Italy to help him keep in check.
Conte’s yelling from the technical area was leaving him hoarse after the game.
So the former Juventus and Italy coach has turned to a trusted product from his homeland, the Daily Mail claim.

They say he’s started importing bags of Ambrosoli al Miele - an Italian honey-flavoured throat lozenge.
He munches down on the sweets during games and training in a bid to keep his voice.
Conte said over the summer that the stress of management meant his voice suffered early in his coaching career.

That led to him using a megaphone to communicate with his players on the training ground.
Conte's methods appear to be working at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues have closed the gap to joint-leaders Manchester City, Arsenal and Liverpool to just one point at the top of the Premier League after a run of four straight wins.
Conte's men haven't conceded since a 3-0 thumping at Arsenal last month.
The Chelsea manager changed the side's formation to a 3-4-3 and they've been unstoppable since.
