The new Mugabe? Playboy tyrant with FIFTEEN wives tightens iron grip on Africa

MEET the jet-setting playboy dictator whose outrageous lifestyle could out-bling the world's richest rappers.

Mswati III, the King of Swaziland, reportedly plunders millions from the public purse to indulge his lavish lifestyle - including trips to Las Vegas in a luxurious private plane.
The African tyrant, known as "The Lion", is said to have amassed a $200m fortune with a fleet of flash motors and 13 royal residences.
But his wild spending habits have apparently come at the expense of his poverty-stricken subjects - who are believed to survive on a measly $1USD a day and have been reduced to eating COW DUNG.
And the 48-year-old despot's love life is equally outlandish with no less than 15 wives including his most recent conquest - a teen beauty pageant contestant.
Now it is feared he could become the new Robert Mugabe after winning control of the powerful Southern African Development Community.
The SADC, made up of 15 member states, makes key decisions on economic growth, promoting peace and improving the quality of life of southern African people.
It is built on democratic principles.
But critics say Mswati - said to be pals with Zimbabwean President Mugabe, a former SADC chairman - will "institutionalise dictatorship" after his controversial appointment.

GOLD-PLATED
Mswati reportedly has dozens of cars including top of the range BMWs, Rolls Royces and Daimlers.
The multi-millionaire monarch is said to have splashed out an eye-watering $500,000 on his most prized motor, a Maybach limousine, souping it up with a state-of-the-art 21-speaker surround-sound system as well as a fridge and television.
But he BANNED photography of his vehicles after being slated for his showroom-worthy collection.
And his favourite "toy" - an Airbus jet - is reportedly used to transport his family and around 100 servants on jaunts to Las Vegas, India and Florida.
Pro-democracy group The Swaziland Solidarity Network blasted the grand purchase as a "slap in the face" for the struggling population.
Spokesperson Lucky Lukhele told South Africa's Eye Witness News: "Someone who calls himself a leader but doesn't have a little bit of a fibre of morality is so selfish he goes and buys a jet."
It was the SECOND aircraft for the Swazi King who allegedly blew $11million on an empty Boeing DC-9 before ploughing a further $6million transforming it into a VIP flying palace.
But Mswati's people reportedly said the plane was a "gift" after it was seized over "outstanding debts", it has been claimed.

The royal, educated at Britain's exclusive Sherbourne School in Dorset, has also faced claims he looted millions from state coffers to fund shopping trips and birthday parties worth hundreds of thousands.
That's not to mention his impressive property portfolio which would rival even the most powerful real estate magnates.
But despite his love of dollar, the tyrant reportedly told his subjects in a speech: "God warned the Swazi people not to love money."
TURBULENT LOVE LIFE
The Lion's romantic relationships are nothing short of a soap opera.
It would appear he has followed the example of his father who is thought to have boasted 125 partners and up to 300 children.
Each summer the Swazi King is entitled to select a new bride at a special "Reed Dance" known as "Umhlanga" which sees a STADIUM full of bare-breasted virgins vying for his attention.
The polygamous ruler took his 15th wife, 18-year-old beauty queen Sindiswa Dlamini, in 2013 and is now said to have fathered up to 30 kids.

But his 12th spouse, Nothado Dube, allegedly found herself at the mercy of Mswati's security guards after being accused of cheating with a justice minister in 2010.
She supposedly disguised herself in military uniform and snuck out to meet her lover.
Their "affair" was exposed when he was apparently caught red-handed hiding under her bed.
Nothado - who married Mswati when she was just 16 - vehemently denied the fling and insisted she had since been "held prisoner" and banished from contact with the King.
She told a South African newspaper: "It's like I am in prison, I am under 24 hour surveillance.
"I am being abused emotionally and I have suffered brutally.
"It seems the security calls the shots inside this royal household," The Telegraph reported.
Her claims have been refuted by the King's staff.
But two other brides have also fled the harem with his sixth revealing in 2012 how she had been subjected to "years of verbal and physical abuse".

ABSOLUTE POWER
Mswati was crowned of king of Swaziland, which is landlocked by Mozambique and South Africa, 30 years ago when he was just 18.
He remains the only "absolute monarch" in sub-Saharan Africa - meaning he chooses the parliament and has the final say over the law, as well as his own budget.
And the control-freak does not take criticism lightly with anyone who dares to challenge his authority facing TERRORISM charges.
Opposition groups are branded criminals in a bid to silence the true voice of the Swazi people, it has been claimed.
Mlungisi Makhanya, the general secretary of the banned People's United Democratic Movement reportedly said: "Taking a stand against the king and fighting for the freedom of the Swazi people always comes with the possibility of physical harm.
"But we remain committed and determined," he told Deutsche Welle, Germany's international public broadcaster.
Mswati is alleged to have tortured rebels who do not comply.
And his controversial policies are also said to include sterilising and branding HIV sufferers in a bid to stem the spread of AIDS which has ripped the country apart.
STRANGLING CIVIL RIGHTS
Since his SADC appointment in August Mswati has been under intense scrutiny amid growing fears he could make the region look like a "stronghold of dictators".
The President of the Botswana's People's Party, Motlatsi Malapis, reportedly said: "Mswati does not qualify to hold that position at all.
"He is a corrupt leader who sees nothing wrong with abusing public resources while people starve," the Daily Maverick reports.
Some of the region's leaders have even vowed to lobby against his appointment and "isolate" him, it has been claimed.
But the Swazi King is no stranger to controversy and appears to be unconcerned by his critics.
He has repeatedly come under fire from Amnesty Intentional for his "appalling"
human rights record.
And he faced fierce protests when he visited Britain to witness Prince William and Kate get hitched in 2011.
The tyrant was also a guest at the Queen's Diamond Jubilee in 2012 sparking further fury.
Meanwhile the international community has been accused of "sitting on its hands" for appearing to turn a blind eye.
However The Lion appears relatively tame in comparison to fellow African dictators.
President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema is said to be a cannibal who feasts on the brains and testicles of his enemies.
