And now she has slipped out of her lycra super villain suit and into a tiny bikini for a series of sizzling Instagram snaps.

The 35-year-old flaunted more of a her body than ever before has she soaked up the sun in downtown Los Angeles, serving Summer sex appeal like only she could.

The printed two-piece barely protected the babe's modesty as she posed on her knees, her brunette locks slicked back behind her ears.

With her enviable tan and classic sunnies, the former journalist looked as though she had just walked off the set of a Sports Illustrated shoot as she tugged on her waistband.

Meanwhile her rock hard abs and toned pins proved that her graft in the gym had definitely paid off.

Simply captioning the snap "Girls day," it seemed as though the beauty was enjoying a little downtime with her pals as she prepares for upcoming flick Office Christmas Party.

And to say her 1.2 million followers were appreciative would be a major understatement.

"Gorgeous curves like a Geek goddess," one fan gushed.

Last week Oliva turned heads on the red carpet of the Saturn Awards, rocking a sheer black and gold gown.

Whether sporting full glam or nothing but her cossie, it's safe to say the starlet never fails set pulses racing.
