In a YouTube video, personal trainer Nikki DiSanto demonstrates three boob-enhancing moves to help you tone, firm and lift your chest the natural way.
Flaunting the results of her dedicated regime in a low-cut sports bra and tight-fitting leggings, the fitness fanatic showed viewers how to carry out the short workout using a weightlifting bench and a pair of dumbbells.
If you’ve always dreamed of having a bigger bust and you're sick of stuffing your bra, here’s how to follow Nikki's best chest exercises for women.
Nikki explained: "You want to think about how the chest muscles are stretching.
"Basically you have three muscles in there: the lower, the mid and the upper.
"That's what is going to enhance your breasts and help lift them."
1. Decline chest press: 10-12 reps, 3 sets, 30 seconds rest between each set
With the bench declined at an angle, lay down on your back and make sure your arms are parallel to the floor.
Holding the dumbbells, raise your arms up in the air until they are nearly straight but not quite, exhaling on the way up.
During the workout use whatever weight you are comfortable with, but Nikki starts with 10kg.
For an extra push, increase the weight of the dumbbell with each set.
After each exercise, stretch out your chest for about 30 seconds.
