Yaya Toure’s agent Dimitri Seluk says the midfielder will “definitely” leave Manchester City this summer but has not yet decided which club he will join.
Seluk has gone on record several times in recent months to state his client is likely to leave the Etihad Stadium after this season, criticising City’s failure to make a concrete proposal to extend his contract.
Bayern Munich, Inter Milan, Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain are among the clubs reported to be interested in Toure, but Seluk says the 32-year-old is yet to decide his next destination. Seluk insists the decision will not be motivated by money.
“He’ll definitely be away from Manchester City, I can safely confirm that. Various offers have arrived for Yaya and we are evaluating, but he still hasn’t taken a decision for the upcoming season.”
Asked if finances would be key, Seluk added: “No, absolutely not. We do not put money as the weight of the offers, but the project that the club will present us. The best will convince us.”
Asked specifically about Inter, managed by former City boss Roberto Mancini, Seluk said: “We definitely talk about a great club and everyone knows the relationship between Mancini and Yaya, but as I said we have not yet taken any decision. But I would add that what Inter is a great project, and Inter is a great club.”
