That's the verdict of former Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp, who has hit out at the Red Devils.
Jose Mourinho's men were held by newly-promoted Burnley on Saturday, much to the frustration of the Special One.
And things went from bad to worse for the Portuguese after he was sent to the stands during the 0-0 draw following a half-time rant to referee Mark Clattenburg.
And pundit Redknapp has slammed United, claiming he'd love to face Mourinho's side in their current state.
“They can’t win it, they’re not good enough,” Redknapp told BT Sport.
“I look at that Man United team today, I’d have loved to have gone there a few years ago with a team and played against that team.

“You used to walk in the dressing room, you’d look at the team and they would scare you to death.
“Playing against that team today is way short of a team capable of winning the Premier League in my opinion.”
