He shot to fame at Borussia Dortmund under the management of Klopp.

And the German wants a reunion at Anfield.

Starsport understands getting Lewandowski is Klopp’s No.1 goal this summer.

But he’ll face stiff competition from the likes of Real Madrid and Manchester United if a sale is sanction by Bayern.

United are in the market for a new striker and like the look of the Poland international.

Spanish giants Real are also keen on the 27-year-old.

But all three sides could miss out, with reports from Germany claiming Lewandowski will instead sign a new Bayern contract.
